Quality Business Solutions, located in Parkville, is looking for an experienced administrative professional who is detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and retain, and able to quickly and correctly work with percentages and fractions.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and not afraid to identify and recommend solutions for enhanced productivity.

Duties include:

  • Answer phones and talking with customers
  • Conduct and document customer service surveys
  • Maintain records and other documentation
  • Billing, collections, some A/R and A/P support
  • Preparation and verification of lease and service agreements
  • Check invoices for accuracy
  • Work with all departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Use of and data entry in various software packages
  • Assist other administrative staff with their workload when needed
  • Other duties as needed and assigned

Quality Business Solutions, located in Parkville, Md., is looking for an experienced copier and multi-functional printer technician to support a territory in the Baltimore metro area. We are only accepting applications submitted by United States citizens who possess at least two years of field experience repairing copiers. If you don’t have copier repair (not printer) experience, your application will not be considered.

The qualified applicant must have the requisite experience with copier maintenance and repair, good customer relation skills and be self-motivating, responsible and detail-oriented. OEM Trained Copier Field Technician qualifications are a definite plus – as well as some basic IT knowledge.

We require:

  • At least TWO years of copier (not printer) technician experience in the last five years.
  • A basic understanding of electrical and electronics theory, working understanding of basic electronics troubleshooting.
  • Competent mechanical aptitude, including the skillful use of various common hand tools.
  • A basic networking knowledge and experience installing drivers and configuring scan functions to e-mail and folders
  • Professional business appearance.
  • Solid business communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle or delivery truck
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Quality Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager with the ability to establish and increase our IT Services market position in the Greater Baltimore Area.

The Account Manager is expected to:

  1. Gain new customers by locating, developing and negotiating business relationships in the QBS territory.  
  2. Work with existing customers to grow and enhance customer relationships.
  3. Identify opportunities by employing a consultative sales approach to develop business plans to satisfy particular customer technology needs.
  4. Promote the sale of the full line of QBS IT Services to both existing and new customers in the QBS territory.
  5. Conduct executive-level sales calls to generate interest in QBS services and conduct effective sales presentations at executive levels.
  6. Document sales calls, interactions and follow-up processes.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience selling IT products and services
  • Knowledge and familiarity with desktop, server and network technology
  • Must be adept at excellent interpersonal and two-way communication, with the ability to present in a group setting
  • Project a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions
  • Possess a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Possess patience, persistence and an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
