Jennifer Lynn, associate attorney with Henry, David, & Thoreau, was named to the 2016 Maryland Rising Star list for the second year in a row by Super Lawyers, a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained peer recognition and professional achievement.
Lynn was recognized for her primary practice area, real estate business. She represents lenders and developers in negotiation and closing of commercial and multifamily real estate acquisition, development and finance. She also assists homeowners and multifamily-project owners in foreclosure, loan modifications and workouts. In addition, Lynn works with HDT’s real estate development team in the preparation of constituent documentation and choice-of-entity decisions as well as the drafting of professional services and construction contract documents.
Lynn earned her law degree from the American University Washington College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Washington College. She lives in Eldersburg.
