comment: If someone has an issue with their printer/scanner in another business I would recommend QBS to them. Would just need to reach out to the service number on finding out what information I would need to share with another party to make their transition easier .

comment: We called the hot line & the technician came the next day. He figured out we would need to replace our top document scanner/feeder and went out and got a loaner. We could keep the loaner until the new piece came in.

comment: The tech was extremely polite and did his job with no distractions. They called before they showed up, which helps with notifying the employees that the printer/scanner would be down for a half hour. He was friendly and quick with the service. We had no issues at all.
