Improve Your Website Impression
Your Web Presence and Google Rankings
For each page of your website, run a checklist of these important content items:
- Title Tags: A title tag is an HTML element that specifies the title of a web page. Title tags are displayed on search engine results pages (SERPs) as the clickable headline for a given result.
- Meta Descriptions: The meta description is a snippet of up to 320 characters, a tag in HTML, that summarizes a page\’s content.
- H1 Tags: The header tag, or the \”h1\” tag in HTML, will usually be the title of a post, or other emphasized text on the page.
- Keywords (Short and Long Tail): Keywords are ideas and topics that define what your content is about. In terms of SEO, they\’re the words and phrases that searchers enter into search engines.
Keywords
When you are identifying keywords for your website, you want to be sure that you choose a variety of both short tail and long tail keywords that you want your website to be identified.
Short tail keywords are beneficial because they help to bring awareness to your business, and long tail keywords are helpful because they help to drive a specific audience to your website.
In order to be successful in Google rankings, you need both.
Responsive (Mobile) Website Design
- Search Engines Love Responsive Website Designs – having a single responsive website rather than separate desktop and mobile avoids the issue of duplicate content, which can negatively impact your search ranking.
- User Experience is Enhanced – user-friendly websites make it easier for people to find, read and share the content.
- Lower Bounce Rates and Higher Conversions – if your site isn’t responsive, it is much harder to keep the visitor engaged and therefore more likely that they’ll bounce.
- Faster Webpages – mobile visitors tend to abandon webpages that take longer than 3 seconds to finish loading. If a site isn’t optimized for phones or tablets, it will take more time to navigate, which can frustrate customers.

Many people keep doing the same things – making small changes here and there – trying to guess a magic formula. Small changes can produce big results – you just have to know WHAT to change. Study and use your website statistics / Google Analytics.
Stop \”guessing\” what is working and what is not.
Conversion Optimization is an improvement process without guessing – boosting your conversion rate and helping you get more leads and sales from existing website traffic.
